Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do?
We come out to your home and scoop up all the pet waste that has accumulated in your yard. The waste is double bagged and placed in your regular trash. We can remove the waste from your property, if you'd prefer. There will be a small surcharge of $1.00 per bag of waste removed from the property.

How often do you come to our home?
Most pet owners prefer our service either once a week or once every other week. However, we can accommodate other schedules to best suit your needs. See our rates for more information.

Do you work through the winter?
Absolutely! Your pet does their business year-round, so we work year-round as well.

What happens when the weather is bad?
If it's just a light rain or snow, we don't mind. If the rain or snow is heavy, we'll most likely return the next day or call to re-schedule. In cases where heavy snow covers the ground for an extended period, we will re-schedule and may have to adjust your bill to compensate for the accumulated waste. This will be discussed when we call.

Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. We do not climb or jump over fences. Please have the gate unlocked on your scheduled service day. You may provide us with a key or the combination to the lock.

Can you work with our dog in the yard?
We love dogs, but there are times when they don't love us. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, we will ask that you restrain or confine your dog while we perform our service.

What if I want to skip a service day?
You will not be charged if you call us at least 24 hours before the service worker is scheduled to come out. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a week or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days. If you just want to skip your service but the dog will be using the yard, you may charged extra if there has been a significant build up of waste.

Are there any contracts to sign?
No. We can start and stop your service at any time with just a phone call. We don't require contracts and there is no minimum service period.

How am I billed?
We operate on a prepay system. All new customers will begin their service on a Saturday by appointment. At that time all extra clean up fees are due (if an extra clean up is not required it will be waived...see our rates page for fees). You will be left an invoice for your first month and you can pay it at the time of our first visit or mail it to us. Your service will only begin after payment is received. You will be made aware of your regular service day upon sign up. Your next invoice will left at your home on the last service day each month for the following month, (for example you will receive your February invoice the last service day of January).

Are there any extra charges for the first service?
There will be an "initial clean-up" charge for the first service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time. This will not be done without prior discussion and agreement. Please see our rates for more information.

What does it mean when your company says "satisfaction guaranteed"?
We promise that we'll do everything to give you complete, dependable, and superior service. However, if there is ever a time when our service is not completely to your satisfaction, please let us know right away. We will make it right by either coming back to re-clean the yard or by crediting your account. No questions asked. We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it is this quality upon which we are staking our reputation.

Do you have a referral program?
Tell your friends and neighbors. If they decide to use our service,
you get a free week of service. Just our way of saying thanks.
